A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Right now, AvyraCall uses one category of cookie only: a login/authentication cookie on our customer dashboard that keeps you signed in between visits, so you don't have to re-enter your credentials every time you come back.
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session / authentication cookie | Keeps you logged in to the AvyraCall dashboard across visits | Strictly necessary (authentication) | 30 days, or until you log out |
We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising/marketing cookies, or any third-party tracking or profiling cookies on our website or dashboard.
Cookie laws in most regions — including the EU/UK (GDPR and PECR) and Quebec's Law 25 — distinguish between "strictly necessary" cookies, which don't require your prior consent because they're needed to provide the service you've asked for (like staying logged in), and "non-essential" cookies (analytics, advertising, profiling), which do require your prior, opt-in consent before they're set.
Because the only cookie we currently use is a login-session cookie that exists solely to keep you signed in — nothing more — it falls into the strictly-necessary category in every region we're aware AvyraCall operates in. That means we don't currently need a cookie consent banner. If that ever changes (see Section 4), this Policy and our practices will change with it.
We do not currently use local storage, tracking pixels, web beacons, or device fingerprinting for analytics or advertising purposes. If this changes, we will update this Policy accordingly.
If we introduce any new category of cookie or similar technology — including analytics or marketing cookies — we will update this Cookie Policy to describe it, and, where required by applicable law (including the EU/UK and Quebec), implement a consent mechanism before activating it. We will post the updated Policy with a revised effective date.
Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies through their settings. Because our only cookie is used to keep you logged in, blocking it will simply require you to log in again each time you visit the dashboard — it will not affect your ability to use the AvyraCall service itself (including calls handled on your behalf).
